BURLAP Soft Opening

On Tuesday, July 19th, we hosted a charity gala for CANTER, a great organization that finds approved non-race homes for retired horses. Through its website, CANTER provides the means for the public to view which horses are ending their racing careers and are available for purchase or adoption at Thoroughbred racetracks in over eight states. We were delighted to be able to show our support for such a great cause!

Wednesday, July 20th, was our official after party for Opening Day at the Del Mar Racetrack. Guests started piling in around 6pm, women in beautiful sundresses and fun, floppy hats and men looking very fresh in slacks and polos. It was quite the people watching experience! VIP party perks included all you could eat and drink, featuring delicious gourmet bites by Chef Malarkey, and music by DJ Vice, resident DJ of Tao in Las Vegas. Every guest was dressed to impress, and the party was a blast!
